Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have acknowledged and agreed to the following ToS:
General
• I accept payment upfront via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi.
• All prices are in USD. Commissions priced above 200 USD can be split into two payments, 50% upfront and 50% after the completion.
• I do not make refunds.
• These commissions are for personal use only.
• I do not allow tracing, modifying, re-selling, using the artwork in anything related to NFT and AI art. You can not claim my work as your own. If reposting online, please credit me and link any of my social media.Process
• I will start working on the commission after recieving the payment.
• I do not set a hard deadline for commission turnaround, but you can expect a commission to be completed within 4 weeks after the work has started. You will be notified if there are any delays.
If you need it to be completed by a certain date, please tell me in advance.
• I offer up to 3 free major revisions at the sketch stage. Only small edits are allowed at the later stages. Further major revisions will cost an additional fee depending on the complexity.
• You will receive a full resolution PNG of your completed commission, as well as a reduced size JPEG with my watermark for web display purposes.Other
• I retain all the rights to my artworks and can display any finished works, as well as roughs and exploratory sketches, for portfolio display purposes and self-promotion.
• I can decline your commission before payment without any further comments.
